Cost Segregation Case Study for an Office Building

CSSI® was introduced to an office building owner through his CPA. The client’s CPA was looking for a solution to eliminate a large tax burden. After receiving a no-cost preliminary analysis, the client was eager to proceed with the study. When the final calculations were completed, the study results exceed the preliminary analysis, and the client agreed to allow cost segregation on three additional properties.
